Thought Bubbles for Our Mind Map

<>
Today we added some thought bubbles to our mind map.  We talked some more about what language means and decided that music can be a language because it sometimes tells a story and makes you feel things.  We recognized that people use language in different ways and for different purposes.  We also talked about the fact that we are interested in different books than we used to be and possible reasons for this.  Was it because we were influenced by others?  Has reading taught us so much that we have to read harder books with more information and challenges?  We wanted to know why books we liked when we were younger have so many pictures and when we read books now, we create our own images from the text?  Is it because we have better imaginations or because we have more experiences?  We also wondered if people understand the same things from a story or if everyone has a different interpretation?

What other things did our discussion make you wonder about?

  6. Hello Ms Castro,
It's me from last year, Hannah. I posted this because it sounds like you are doing some interesting work and I remember doing this last year too. What is your main idea of the mind map?
